About Me
My name is Richard Verschoor, currently competing in the FIA Formula 2 championship. My journey into the world of racing took an unconventional turn. Motivated by the absence of quality time with my father, he surprised me with a go- kart for my birthday. Together, we explored karting tracks, and as I started winning races, I also became the Dutch Champion and eventually the World Champion. The triumphs there paved the way for my transition to Formula cars. Clinching the Formula 4 championship and winning the Macau F3 World Cup marked significant milestones. These achievements promoted me into the competitive arena of Formula 2, bringing me closer to my ultimate goal – Formula 1. The relentless pursuit of this dream remains the driving force behind my journey.
